GUARANTEE
Hookmore Leaders uses a hands-on approach when constructing our products. No two products are alike. Meaning, each will appear slightly different. We guarantee that these differences will not impact the performance or quality of our products. Every component of each item produced is handled and inspected during assembly: beginning with receipt of individual components, onward through each stage of construction, and ending with final product packaging.
RETURNS
Returns: If you are requesting a return, we would first like to say, “thank you for purchasing our product and for the opportunity to make right something that may have gone wrong.” Hookmore Leaders takes pride in the craftsmanship and design of our products.
Here are a few things you may want to know:
If you want to return the complete, new, and unused order within 7 days of the postmarked shipping date, please contact us (in the “CONTACT US” section) for a return authorization number, a return form, and instructions. The return authorization form helps us track your return throughout the process.
All refunds are only on new, unused, unopened leaders/lures/spoons/tackle in their original product packaging along with the original receipt or order slip.
Upon receipt of the returned product, a 100% refund will be issued, including any applicable taxes, less original shipping costs. Note that a refund may take up to 10 days for financial institutions to process.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
International orders are responsible for ALL shipping, duties, taxes, and fees associated with any purchase, under all circumstances.
No returns on opened products unless due to serious defect(s) in materials.
Returns of defective products are subject to manufacturer testing and approval.
LOST PACKAGES
Please contact customer services if a tracking number was not provided or if the package did not arrive in the expected delivery time period so that we can assist in tracking the package.
The Carriers Responsibility: Once the package is received by the carrier, we have fulfilled our obligation and it is no longer in our control. In this case, if the tracking fails to reveal the status of a package, the carrier should be contacted to investigate.
Law Enforcement Jurisdiction: In the case that the package was delivered and theft is suspected, the theft falls under the jurisdiction of criminal activity and should be reported to law enforcement.
Although an unfortunate situation, Hookmore Leaders does not replace lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier for resolution.

Hookmore Leaders shall not be responsible for the use of our products that may violate municipal, state, or country fishing regulations. Each angler is responsible for knowing and conforming to the fishing regulations of the municipality, state, or country where they fish. Hookmore Leaders does not guarantee the suitability of our leaders for any and all fish species, types of fishing, conditions, or other use beyond our control.
